Down Da Bayou

Over 30 years ago, after being discharged by the Army, I swore I would never move away from Texas again. Fast forward almost 30 years, and I met a Louisiana woman. Well I decided that maybe I needed her more than I needed Texas. Of course it helped, that the food here is soooooo good. And while the people I’ve met are different, they are good people.
