Perseverance Or Quit, Well, Momma Didn’t Raise No Quitter

Where I Left Off

So you may notice if you’ve been here before, that there are some changes to the site. The changes are because I’m having to rebuild the site. I have to rebuild the site, due to, well due to business not going as well as I had hoped. I had to make a choice, give up my dream, or to start cutting expenses way down. Well, Momma didn’t raise no quitter, and my nickname is Kuj0 because it’s just not in me to quit. Therefore, cutting expenses way back is what I’ve done.

Hard Times Build Tough People

I sincerely believe, that adversity just makes you stronger. I was taught by the tough women in my life, my grandmothers and my mom, and the men my grandfathers and dad when you fall down, dust yourself off and get back up. This last 6 months has been rough, no ones fault, just how life is, so I’m dusting myself off and getting back up. Besides the website, my camera which has taken a lot of good shots, and admittedly is more than a few years old, has died. Now that doesn’t mean I can’t still take on jobs, it just means I’m going to need to buy a new camera. Because I like Nikon, and have a lot of f mount lenses, I’ll get a new Nikon. I’m hoping to get a Z9 but because of cost, I may have to settle for a Z7II.

Where Does A Texan Life Go From Here

I’m resetting now. I want everyone to go to my Texas My Texas and Down Da Bayou galleries, and if a picture speaks to you. if you think it would look good on your wall, or in your office, please consider purchasing it. If you’re getting married, have a child that’s going to be a senior, please contact me, and give me a chance. If you own a business and need someone to handle your social media streams or build a website, give me a call.

The Bayou Is Home

The Bayou is now my home. I want to show the world, through my photographs, the true Bayou. The resilience of the people, the community, how hard folks work here, and obviously how hard y’all party here. And the food….my god the food is just making me fatter.

Blogs, Blogs And More Blogs

Check back, I will try to get on a schedule of writing Blogs. Some will be my experiences here on the Bayou, some will be informative, about how I choose shots and whatnot. Maybe even some complaining. I mean hey, life is tough, especially when you need to buy $10,000 worth of camera equipment (which is why the Z9 might not be the model I get) and you live with PTSD, but those will be minimal, as I try to focus on the good stuff in life. My customers, my family, my art, stuff like that. I hope you enjoy A Texan Life.
